Race Information

The race will start at 08:30. Event build up will start from 08:00 with athletes proceeding to the start area from 08:10 onwards.

Please be careful throughout the first 2 miles as runners will naturally be closer together and there is street furniture to be aware of as you pass through The Hoe towards the Barbican.

The first water station doubles up as 1&4, with 2 and 3 spread out across the course. Please discard empty bottles and caps into the kerb. Avoid discarding into roadside vegetation and through Saltram Estate.

We have water stations at 3 mile, 6 mile, just before 9 mile and 11 mile. This conforms to the required number of water stations for a half marathon. Water will also be supplied at the end of the race.

The illustrations within the race information booklet are there as a guide and are not to scale.

Toilets will be situated at every water station as well as Stag Lodge within Saltram Estate.

Keep left on Laira Bridge, Billacombe and Elburton Road.

If you or a fellow runner requires medical attention, please inform the nearest marshal. There will be static and cycle marshals located throughout the course with medical responders on either cycles or motorcycles.

Please obey marshal instructions.

Avoid wearing headphones.

When you complete the race, please proceed through to the Athletes Village where you will collect your medal, t-shirt and goodie bag.

Do not come back over the finish line and do not congregate in the finish area.

If you wish to cheer fellow athletes, please do so after you have left the athletes village and joined the spectator area.

Results and event photographs will be published on www.runplymouth.co.uk within 24 hours of the event finishing.
