Prize Categories & Competitions
All athletes who complete the Plymouth 10k will receive;
1st, 2nd and 3rd Male and Female (Only one prize per athlete will be awarded).
VO40, VO45, VO50, VO55, VO60 Male and Female.
1st Junior Male/Female – U20.
All individual winners will receive free entry into 2020 10k.

1st Services (Military) Team
Team Prizes will be awarded on accumulative finish positions of first four athletes to count.
Everyone must be 15 years of age and over on race day
There must be a minimum of 3 family members, consisting of;
Parent and Siblings or Grandparent, Sibling and grandchildren.
In the Team Category on the entry system insert say, Taylor Family, if your surname is popular like Smith or Jones prefix with a number or number combination, ensuring you do this for all team members. The Fastest Family Team results will be based upon the first 3 finishers based on aggregate positions.
Important Competitor Information
Travelling to from Plymstock/Kingsbridge:
The inbound route will still be via Laira Bridge and Gdynia Way, then into Barbican Approach, Sutton Road, Bretonside and Vauxhall Street.
For the outbound journey (from The City Centre) will still be via Exeter Street and Cattedown Road before joining Laira Bridge Road.
Travelling to and from Tavistock:
Continue along Tavistock Road (A386) onto Outland Road before turning left on to Alma Road. Proceeding to North Cross Roundabout.
For the outbound journey please do in reverse.
Travelling to and from Plympton into and out of the City Centre:
At the junction of Plymouth Road and Marsh Mills Roundabout, take the route on to The Parkway and leave at the Manadon Junction. Head along Outland Road before joining Alma Road into the City Centre. For the outbound journey, please do this in reverse as Gdynia Way and The Embankment will be closed.
Travelling to and from Cornwall into and out of the City Centre:
Leave The Parkway at the St Budeaux A3064 junction and follow the signs to the City Centre, via Wolseley Road and Alma Road. Before joining North Cross Roundabout.
For outbound journey leave via Western Approach, North Cross Roundabout and Alma Road.
Travelling to and from Exeter into The City Centre:
Proceed on the The Parkway (A38) until The Manadon junction A386. Proceed along Outland Road until turning left into Alma Road until North Cross Roundabout.
For the outbound journey do this in reverse.
Please note there will be congestion at Charles Church Roundabout because there will only be one lane open to traffic.
Royal Parade will be closed to traffic throughout the event.
You will be able to access The Guildhall Car Park via Notte Street and Princess Street and Catherine Street (Armada Way with the junction of Princess Street will be closed throughout the event).
